BTG Mauritius was the product of the BTG Trust and Corporate Services SA (‘BTG’) Group’s continuing focus on managing and administering the investments and businesses of its clients and prospective clients in Africa. BTG Mauritius provides a full management and administration base for its clients who invest, open business or trade in Africa using the fiscal benefits of Mauritius as a recognised and reputable International Financial Centre.
The BTG board is well experienced in the offshore financial services industry and with their expertise and knowledge can deliver the support to allow our clients to get on with their investments and business without the hassle of handling the structuring and administration side. Kersley is a CA(SA) with an H. Dip Tax Law.
Kersley has professional experience as Audit ,Tax and Corporate Finance partner , as well as commercial experience as CFO of listed and private companies, including exposure to structuring , planning and commercial transactions. Kersley joined BTG Mauritius in October 2018 as Client Services Director before heading back to Johannesburg SA to head up Business Development from April 2021.
