Kersley is a CA(SA) with an H. Dip Tax Law.
Kersley has professional experience as an Audit ,Tax and Corporate Finance Partner, as well as commercial experience as a CFO of listed and private companies, including exposure to structuring, planning and commercial transactions.
Kersley joined BTG Mauritius in October 2018 as Client Services Director, and since April 2021, has been heading up Business Development.
Johann is a South African qualified Chartered Accountant with 18 years’ experience in financial services which he obtained working in South Africa, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands and Mauritius. Previous roles include Head of Finance for a UK private equity firm as well as Senior Executive for an international fund administration company in Cape Town.
Johann joined the BTG Group in 2016 as Finance and Operations Director in Mauritius and has been involved in Business Development since 2019.
